Industrial Exhibition

The XVIII International Conference on Topics in Astroparticle and Underground Physics (TAUP2023) will be held in the beautiful city Vienna. The conference will take place from 28th August till 1st of September 2023 at the University of Vienna.
An associated Industrial Exhibition will be organized where companies can present themselves in prominent locations, to which we would like to invite your company to participate.

The Venue

The conference will take place at the University of Vienna. Foundet in 1365, it is the second oldest German speaking university. At this university, Doppler was head of the Physics Department, Boltzmann and Mach had their scientific feuds, and Erwin Schrödinger laid the foundations of quantum mechanics.

Exhibition of your Products
The exhibition time is all days of the Conference (28 August – 1 September 2023). The location of the exhibition is at the Arcades. During coffee breaks the coffee will be served in this area. Sufficient time for visiting the exhibition without talks is foreseen.

Flyer in delegates bag
As a complement to the Industrial Exhibition, the Conference Organisers offer alternative publicity opportunities. These include the possibility of placing flyers (or other promotional items, such as pens) in delegates’ bags, as well as generally sponsoring the Conference; sponsors will be listed in the Conference Programme.

Sponsorship of a social event
We are inviting you to be sponsor of one of our social events. Sponsoring companies are named as official sponsor of this event and are included in the Conference Programme (one page will be devoted to each event).

For booking an exhibition area, please complete the booking form and return it by e-mail to the organizers. Upon receipt of your definite order the conference office will send an invoice to your address. Full advance payment is required.

Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the chairman of the organizing committee J. Schieck. Upon receipt of a written cancellation notice before July 16, 2023, 80% of the total fee will be refunded. No refund can be made for cancellation after this date. Any refunds will be made after the Conference.
